All volunteers need to attend an orientation session at 3:30 PM at the Wine Bar (next to the Garden Show stage)
5:30 PM Tour Shift
All volunteers need to attend an orientation session at 3:30 PM at the Wine Bar (next to the Garden Show stage)
6:30 PM Tour Shift
All volunteers need to attend an orientation session at 3:30 PM at the Wine Bar (next to the Garden Show stage)
7:30 PM Tour Shift
All volunteers need to attend an orientation session at 3:30 PM at the Wine Bar (next to the Garden Show stage)

Volunteer: Opening Night of the Fair

Be a private docent and give tours and information about the gardens during Opening Night of the San Diego County Fair! We need 2 volunteers per shift.

There will also be a specially priced Wine and Cheese Reception at the Wine Bar the same night. Signage will be provided at the bar to gather your tour groups. Volunteers receive FREE entrance to the Fair. If you volunteer for more more than 1 shift, (at least 2 hours apart), you will also receive a FREE Flower & Garden Show women's T-shirt or Canvas Bag. All volunteers need to arrive at the Wine Bar by 3:30 PM for an orientation and handout with descriptions about the gardens. You are free to enjoy the Fair before or after your shift. Park at Horsepark for FREE, then take the shuttle to the main entrance.
