A select set of private gardens amid the hills of La Mesa will be getting some extra primping and pruning in the coming months preparing for this years SDHS Spring Garden Tour.

Among the gardens slated for the 2019 SDHS spring garden tour will be the private garden of John Robert Beaudry, landscape designer and SDHS board member. Beaudry’s award-winning garden, pictured above,  was recently featured (Healing Body and Mind in a Food Forest Sanctuary Garden) in the November 2018 issue of San Diego Home and Garden magazine.

All of the tour gardens are sure to inspire. They will leave you with ideas for great plants and awesome designs for your own gardens.

In addition to the gardens, local artisans who will be selling their hand-crafted art will also be featured. Watch artists as they paint the very gardens they are in, and take home gifts that will last a lifetime.

If you have or know of potential candidate garden in the La Mesa area, please email the GardenTour@sdhort.org
